If your car delivery is delayed by the dealer, you can reschedule your inspection slot up to 4 hours before the assigned time at zero additional charge.
Cancellations requested at least 6 hours before the booked time slot are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance token. Refunds are processed back to the original source method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
Once an automobile inspector arrives at the designated showroom or vehicle site and is denied access by the dealer/seller without prior notice, the travel advance fee is non-refundable.
